IT User Acceptance Form
Please read the following policies carefully and confirm your acceptance before registering.
1. Acceptable Use Policy
The Baraka Task Center is provided for official business use only. Users must:
- Use the system only for legitimate work-related tasks
- Not share login credentials with any other person
- Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Report any suspicious activity to the System Administrator immediately
2. Data Privacy Policy
- All task data, posts and activity logs are stored and monitored
- All activity is logged with timestamp and IP address
- Data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties
3. Password Security Rules
- Password must be at least 8 characters
- Do not share your password with anyone
- Account locks after 5 failed attempts for 15 minutes
- Session expires after 10 minutes of inactivity
4. System Access Rules
- Access is based on your assigned role
- Attempting to access unauthorized areas will be logged
- Account will be deactivated upon leaving the organization
5. Information Accuracy
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- Use your official company email address
